The Play of Destiny

The Bard of Avon has said it perfectly right
That the world is a stage, and we humans
Are but characters that play their roles
Assigned by the all-powerful providence.

Let none be proud of one’s achievements
Nor bask in the warm glory of successes
For every individual has the potential
Alas! That expresses upon fate’s inputs.

Let no one mock at another’s failures
Nor underestimate their latent worth
For all those born with some qualities
Don’t fare well for want of prospects.

Let it be clear that everyone is born great
But goes off course by the uneven bends
Thrown in generous measure by destiny
Make his aspiration beyond the reach.

All said and done it is the quirk of fate
That determines a person’s success rate
Some meet success though unworthy and
The tides of destiny sink many a deserving.
