The Pill

One pill
The pill to eliminate all other pills
The fountain of youth in powder form
Strong body mind and soul
No more aches and pains
Thinking crystal clear
Virility
Wisdom without limits of growing old
Increased capacity for love
You can see and reach any horizon
Eternity is now yours
The ones you love all pass away
One Pill
Why was there only one Pill?

Richard This write is clever and unique. It would be great to only have to take one pill a day that takes care of every illness. Nice job Thanks for another insightful comment on my Devilish poem. My writes just come out of nowhere and onto paper.

Wouldn't it be nice if there were only one pill to eliminate all the prescriptions that fill up the average medicine cabinet? If only wishes could come true! Clever poem and theme, Richard!

I want to become a scientist. Your poem inspires me to do the right thing. A pill for all other pills.

you took this challenge and did so well with it. I did one and I don't like it. Trying to decide whether to even post the dumb thing or not. I love the cleverness of this, especially the question asked at the end.

Wow! I love the way you lead up to the last line! What a finish! Once you wrote about our loved ones passing away...I thought.."who wants that?" and BAM..you hit the finish line! Great work! Good luck! I'm waiting for the results of Taken! Think you may have a winner there too!

Be careful Richard, Big Pharma mak4s great promises but they don't talk about the side effects. You wouldn't want to live forev4r with tendrils growing out of your ears now would you. :) All the best in the contest.

Be careful Richard, Big Pharma makes a lot of claims with their "pills" but check out the side effects! You wouldn't want to live forever with tendrils growing out of your ears! All the best in the contest! :)
