The Petal's Voice Mr
Delicate petals in hues of pink,
Passionate scarlet, gold and ginger
Silently breathing, laughing
In the breeze with gentle impressions
Subtle whispers, notes so faint,
Beautiful blessings – swaying
The dance, pure perfection, shifting
From soft and timid to simply vehement
Pale shades of cerulean and frosty
Lavender, hushing the rain as it clings
To each petal, dripping away the stardust
Wonders from the nocturnal promises
Beckoning to the mystery of a joy
So alive, striving to survive the timeless
Urgency of a shy flower who remembers
Painting the world in memories
Daring fragrance, scented like the sun
Warming the spirit and assuring
The entire soul that there is a promise
Bleeding through the thorns,
Arising like the moon, glowing merrily
In the garden, where there is
The knowing that the rose inside my heart…
Bends to kiss away every sadness,
Murmuring hope and love
Through the shadows, into the moments
When pure peace surpasses
Every melancholic sign of the past,
Venturing into the present
To relieve even the echo of a doubt
This is the breathless grace
Shining through the life who believes
In the wild and welcome joy
That comes from listening to the rose,
It’s peace and everything that blends
Into the serenity of a faith
Far wiser and warmer than any certainty.
This rose inside my heart
Is the flower budding with trust,
The promise of a beautiful
Far sweeter than the fragrance
Hinting at the affection within,
Where light blends with
The song of love that can never
Go beyond the earnestness
Sincere as the caress of a prayer,
Yearning for a blessing so tender
As the rose inside my heart
Remembers…
This is the calm that kisses away
Even the memory of depression
This is the tranquil that heals,
With its balm of stillness, melted
Together with mercy and believing,
Reassuring the soul there’s a reason
For listening to the petal’s voice –
It is the voice of grace, the intimacy
Of an embrace, the joy in the dance
Between dewdrop miracles,
Wonders that teach me to praise!
