It was meant to be fun! Not many women want to be hockey players. Rare, I’d rather be in the NHL than at home writing poetry. Yikes,boring, I prefer being with people …than on the iPad. I never know who is real. Panagiota xx

Bob, thank you for dropping by! Exactly! Your analysis is spot on. This is a poem about me. Not any other woman, I was never trained in any of the domestic arts. That does not mean, I don’t appreciate them in others. My background is in arts of nursing, education and the joys of politics and discourse, primarily with males. Greetings. Hockey is my favorite without a doubt. But I can only play in heaven when I’m younger, and I don’t think they have hockey teams for older women do you? That would be pretty funny. P S. I did try to play soccer with men and that was a disaster. But I like soccer and especially the soccer from Europe when I see the games on TV. Gee, you make me feel young. Since I love hockey and most women think it’s a Macho sport for alpha males, I can see women, not commenting. NOR would they have. The courage to get on a stage and do stand up comedy. Sad, they will March to abort babies though~disgusting murder is cool with women! Not me! and are a bit fearful of politics in poetry? How did I miss this! So sorry, I don’t think it’s a rough game, maybe I am looney? I have gone for years, there is much camaraderie anf sometimes TWO players scuffle. Boxing is a horrible sport, Expensine a ld bllody. Plus ruins minds…..think about that Panagiota x x

Yes. Big hockey fan…Oddly enough, not in Chicago! But of the San Jose Sharks. I went to so many games, I once got to hug the real Stanley Cup. It was way bigger than I ever imagined .
