The Pensive Poet Part Two

     Plip plop peppy echo,
           so mesmerizing,
                of waterfall in,
      spellbound day peep,
       dewdrop dribble linger,
          on green verge.
      red, orange, gold hue’d clouds,
            hover heartwarming haven,
       found in urban,
             wild life park,
      where wide beam sunshine,
         stokes nostalgic ruby realm,
        within me,
            the bard reflecting,
           on halcyon,
                dream-laden days,
          one clings to,
                treasure with,
        zeal cocooned in,
           silken shroud,
      swathe enchanted eclipse,
          of rosy rainbow,
              tinged hindsight,
     childhood traipse on,
          pearl clad beach.
    boisterous shriek from,
       infant early phase,
       offspring enthused to ,
      sculpt in situ,
     broad daylight ticklish,
         messy sandcastles,
    or marram grass catcher,
         of mock sand dune,
my proud parental supervision,
      never wavered.
    Oh those nutritious picnics,
         on windswept beach,
     warding off the grey,
         grain swirl nuisance,
ripple ice cream vendor, ripple wave cordial,
yet one must omit the sugar loving bee bane,
but as a clan we gorged with consummate relish,
my goodness those wistful wafts of reminiscence,
as I awake from prior pristine scenic haunts,
a bold brazen hummingbird whose wing flap,
jolts me the pensive troubador entranced, enshrouded, elated,
by sanguine coterie of retrospect prismatic,
into day ahead dalliance in infectious,
city awash with endearing features as future recall cache

Howard, your wonderful poem has a vivid and evocative quality that captures the beauty of nature and nostalgia. The imagery of a waterfall, vibrant clouds, and sunlit memories is engaging, creating a serene and almost magical atmosphere. However, your incredible phrasing enhances the flow, achieving an even stronger impact. It effectively conveys the cherished memories of childhood intertwined with nature's wonders.
