The Pain of a Broken Heart

My heart keeps breaking
For all the mistakes I keep making
Lost on this empty road of sorrow
Take me into the light - I'm hollow

How many times do I have to die
Before i really open my eyes
How much harder must I try
Till I get my wings and fly

I can't stop falling apart
So this is what they call a broken heart
Sweet seductive lies
Core wrenching cries
Time to say goodbye

So take my love
But hold it true
From now until then
I will always love you

Now look at what you've done
Been away too long
My hearts turned to stone
Hear me , Save me , Take me home

We are all slaves to our emotions and when we allow our feelings free reign we open ourselves to a world of possibilities and pain. Emile.
