The Ordinary Heart

The Invisible unpicked the stitches
holding the broken pieces together
like loud music Love spilled like poetry
from the ordinary heart

Dear Candide, this is stunning! The imagery of the "Invisible" unpicking stitches and love overflowing like "poetry" is so evocative. It speaks to the hidden strength within ordinary people, the unexpected places where love blooms. Is this a personal experience you poured into the poem? The vulnerability and beauty of it truly well done. - Blessings, Daniel

Everyone writes from personal experiences and observations, in some way or another here, and out there. Even fiction comes from the well of experiences and observations. Thank you.
