OH! change change; then.? change again! it has been like this since i don't know when! one minute all is going well, then chug splat chug theres a problem spell, ..you know its never even going; (smooth) but win & win, or lose lose lose, yet i'll persevere and change my tack, so.. once more in rhythm and back on track." then the kalidoscope constricts in the frame, lo.. and behold, I've missed again, when...hold..on one minute! i've just been told..! that opportunity could be spotted..away out west..! not waiting for the wrong footing moment to get my best, i am off regardless in my underpants and vest, i am going hard like i was running for gold." Then when i round that corner..! it was like i had been told.. a large Feline spotted black on gold ! and at i would say about 7ft long oh.. i do Hope (my opportunity) doesn't come on.. too strong...!.

A fast and furious piece, Joe, lke a "feline spotted black on gold"!!You are undaunted and deliberate, true traits of the "Optomist".:) Who's going to give a hoot about your vest and drawers (I can't stop smiling:), they will be looking at your flashing eyes, and listening to your positive input! I went back in your older poems to post my note to you and incredibly I landed on this one I actually had not seen before. GREAT poem on an optimist. I like how it kept changing and the guy stayed optimistic!

Change is the one certainty of life. Over here, we got change in 2008 lie a tsunami hit our treasury. I'm hoping for a change like 1776 to get back to the values we once had.

wonderfully amazing words Joe and being a positive person I can relate to this optimist luv.. negativity bores me so I like to look at the bright side of life..and luv.. your poetry is always so specific.. would luv your opinion on the political scene these days luv.. ouch..

Hi Joe, ahh the many obstacles in life... I always feel like I'm running in my "underpants and vest"; never enough time to be at my best!
