We must never ignore the option of UP
Look up
Get up
Stand up
Sit up
Climb up
Lift up
Firm up
Rise up
Step up
Rouse up
Stir up
Move up
Scale up
Gather up
Regardless of what life brings us
Recovery follows when we explore the option of UP
