The New Year

The New Year it suddenly arrived
And very softly called her name
She was gently awakened from her slumber
And nothing remained the same
She was alive and young again
All hopes reborn all life returned
All fears flung into the abyss
The world was beautiful sealed with a kiss.

Lizzie..back to this sweeet New Year's poem..I will read your newest more intently after I get off from work and get some rest. Hope you are well.
