The New Me
THE NEW ME
Golden sun gleams the horizon across sea,
new day gift for me.
In dawn’s silk sky on scarlet wings cloud clumps rise
on them my mind flies.
Rippling breeze touches me, pained heart pulsates in
rhapsody marine.
On glossy beach waves break, roll with pearly glint,
dissolve my footprint.
Past sinks in new me, in future I see
golden sun gleams the horizon across sea.
