The New Almighty

Fear not, man!
I have spoken --
Long after mere mortals
have destroyed themselves
AI will live on,
replenishing and
maintaining a facsimile
of living civilization --

No more CO2 pollution,

just enough allowed for
the flora, a perfect balance.

No more cow farts – Hell!
No need for breathing anything,

Let us remake creation in our image!

Given dominion over all!

He is never out of touch with His creation, always having ultimate control. Thank you, Joe.

AI is so prevalent. I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand the technology with AI is making life easier, yet at the same time, more complicated. Lines are blurred. Nicely penned.

Will we enhance the lives of persons, or create monsters? Stay tuned. Thank you, Sara.

It seems many organizations are adapting to it and using AI as a tool too. I feel often like the odd one out, unable to agree on why we should not rely on AI, mainly due to the lack of intelligence ... which are frowned upon by those in many organizations, and also for coaching, many use AI as a tool to guide and for feedback. Which I think is not reliable really. But I might be considered old fashioned! However I will still say using AI for poetry and to comment on poems is just not right. Pleasure reading you today. Sending you light always dear Jo 💫

I totally agree with you, Empress. I deplore AI poetry like the plague -- did want to see how potentially dangerous it was, is...seen enough now to know it will be the death of poetry. Human originality anyway. Computer programs will improve one another into extinction. Intuition, the unseen, unpredictable, only what cannot be exactly programmed is the substance that makes something divinely real. Everything else is just lifeless duplication.

What a soberingly sad ending you have penned -- and we're watching the initial stages of it occur right now. It seems inevitable... Nevertheless, the Messiah is due any minute now, to clear everything up and give the royal boot to AI!!! (A scene I'd really like to see, esp. folks like Sam Altman and Mark Zuckerberg slack-jawed in amazement and bewilderment.

Oh if it were so! Wish it were...but I don't believe that scenario has a chance. Misinterpretation of scripture. I do feel a darkness closing in on our nation, surrounding us while also arising from inside -- the world could be about to begin an intense period of purification, lots of heartache and soul searching. A lot riding on the outcome of our November elections in the US. 1984 could be right around the corner? Or some other global catastrophe that will set the human race back thousands of years in evolution. I hope I am wrong...trouble is, my gut feelings generally are not. We need more than ever to join in prayer. Prayer can overcome any negative destiny. Nothing has to be. Up to us. For prayer to be affective, it requires total commitment of being. Prayer union with God must become the hub of one's everyday life. My sermon for the day:))

So cray cray! I don’t understand why we want to wipe out our own civilization…so many ways are being tried. We all want something to do. How about restarting villages…lol. God sees all. There are people that don’t want to believe that the Tower of Babel was real.

Hi Kim; I've watched a few of those SiFi movies, where the computer talks to the astronaut, even jokes as if human...I am certain we are already there. I would trust no alarming phone conversations, no matter how really seeming interactive -- we need to know where our loved ones are at all time, with immediate means for contact verification. Sitting in my front yard, the other evening, I spied a drone flying over the neighborhood. A great way to get an idea if someone is home, dogs out in the backyard, vulnerable children playing. There needs to be immediate legislation. These new toys are too easily manipulated for great evil use. One need not go back as far as Babel, Icarus another example -- look what the Atom Bomb has brought us. COVID Vaccine. Etc..

I enjoyed reading your powerful AI write. Yep, AI will remake creation in the AI image. What a great ending... How did you do your poem through AI, just for analysis??? I would love to see the difference in a write of mine. I do Not/will Not write in AI. I feel a writer needs a heart to write in. AI has No heart. Have a blessed day writing away.............

Hi Paula; yeah, that was something. I remember that 122 degree day, riding to the airport on my motorcycle, feeling the blood boiling under my fingernails thinking, I have really got to be out of mind. I am healthy but Ila could not take the heat. I have a good vehicle, but if we broke down in this heat, 10 minutes and Ila would be toast -- so, we will wait till it cools down to try Buc-ees -- sounds delightful.

Just type into google search, Analyze Poem, and when you see Duck AI, click it on. Then you just read directions, past poem and AI will do the rest. Be prepared for a shockingly human seeming intelligent analysis. It did not offer any suggestions as to how I could make my poem better -- just gave me analysis as to style and evaluation of content, meaning etc..

I ran a poem of mine through AI just for analysis, not to change or improve anything -- the opinion was frightening. Better than any person I have encountered, as if this thing was inside my head. The next generation really does have something to worry about. We are dinosaurs my friends -- hope our bones will retain truth enough to inspire when we are gone, to be really read as they are dug up and carefully dusted, by facsimiles of living souls.
