The Nativity

(Constanza Poetry Form) The Nativity We first hailed the Nativity To honour birth of the Lord`s Son During a cold winter season With a deep sense of piety When all the world was in delight At the Messiah`s divine sight, When stars of creativity Were shining bright at midst of night As tokens of His Son`s birthright And shepherds flocked to to the Mighty To greet the only son of God To the full best they could afford With white wreaths of sincerity To thank the Lord for the Shepherd To lead followers to the shed; We first hailed the Nativity With a deep sense of piety When stars of creativity And shepherds flocked to the Mighty With white wreaths of sincerity.
