The Mule Who Didn't Like School

I got this stubborn little mule
who doesn't like school
Each time I give him a carrot
he starts to drool !
Each time I try and teach it
he looks at me like I'm an idiot !
I tell him he has to wear a tie
and dang, he starts to cry !
Each time he yanks my chain,
I go bonkers, its insane !

Stubborn thoughts, having deep tentacles to the soul. Difficult to break lives of habits. You got me smiling with this one. Well done, as usual. Would expect no less from your splendid pen. Brava!

LOL, good one Mystic. When I was a kid I lived in Pennsylvania Dutch country and the Amish used mules. We had an Amishman bring his mule to plow our garden. It was very stubborn.

Dear Oliver, thanks for the comment, my dad had a mule when he was young in Italy. It bit his cheek once, and he still had a faint scar to remind him of it.
