The Moment I Live For
rough night
no sleep
the thoughts
they never rest
turns into a
rough day
no peace
walk it off
no time for this
and it's a
hard life
full of grief
pain
a struggle
and it's worth it
for that one moment
a single second of the day
it doesn't get any better
than that time
when
her face lights up
a fire
in those eyes
ablaze
in that moment
she smiles
and laughs aloud
if only
she did so
much
more often
every second
I live
to make her
smile...
