The Missing Half

For years, I have been looking
for the missing half of my life.

I've gone through my life unknowingly,
with a hole in my life for decades.

I didn't know I wasn't finished.

You have filled the empty well
in my soul with your love.

I now take flight
with my new found wings
and soar on the current of our love.

Before you, I wasn't whole.
We fit together perfectly.
You have completed me.
