The Mirrored War Room

"The Mirrored War Room"



We are all mirrors
cloned reflections

The Key of Life
turns

Inside Woman

Womb eternal
Fallopian armed

for Love and War
left and right

Inside Woman

Portal 
past into future

through other worldly 
dimension

The Key of Life
turns 

Inside Woman

The pain of childbirth
a small cross to bear

Soul transported
from the dark chamber

touched briefly 
by the life giving Man 

transported to 
Life’s war room

received through a corridor
of temporal paradox

What Light 
waits the other side?

Soul delivered safely
predestined
unsafe unknown emancipation 

Another soul looks 
for its Self 

In the Mirrored War Room
Windows reflecting Windows reflecting
 
now slowly opening
knowledge 
arrives 

Soul finds Self
In the Mirrored War Room

Repeats Life Lessons
Remission of Sins

Soul departs Self 
Survives

Returns,
Begins Again

I hear patches work a treat, but still, they don't quell the monster barking. Many years ago, when I had to throw the effers out, I replaced the craving with water. My body was pristine, elevated. Everything tastes different, it's like your tongue becomes a tuning fork for purity. ;) x and your mind becomes a whip. I love this poem. It is for the species so much stronger than the male. I would have loved to have had a conversation with Kipling. Maybe in another life.

This is one of the very few. All the women in my family are courageous, it's in the genetics. I wish that courage and self-belief for ALL women. I often wonder if maybe the Light everyone speaks of, confirmed mostly by people who have experienced Near Death Experience, reporting visions of " a light at the end of a long tunnel or corridor", is where we arrive into the light of the world, born again, an old soul to a new self.
