The Man In the Moon

I sat alone In my garden chair Gazing up into the sky The bright moon Seem to beckon me My heart skipped a beat When my eyes spied The man in the moon He looked so divine So warm and alive He smiled softly And I almost cried My lonely heart Lifted out of misery My skin shivered My face smiled Oh yes he was My man in the moon

Looking up at the night sky (or enjoying nature in general) always provides an uplifting feeling, Tahera. I like the approach you took for Deb' contest. I will be writing on the same phrase if the contest hasn't closed when I return from my trip to Disney World this weekend. Good luck in the contest! Love, Carolyn
