The Man From Delmonte

The man from Delmonte
Can answer differently. Can't he?
But as answers go,
All he says is "No"!

So I now beg the purpose of this task
To put forward the question that I ask.
We already know
That he will say "No"
Is it simply to him a verbal mask?

So who is this man from Delmonte?
Is there more to him than what we'll see?
He will make headlines one of these days,
Proving he doesn't say "NO" always!
