The Magic Of The Oak (Part 3 of 4)
A Green and White Production
My eyes, roaming free
Stared at that oak tree
How could a large room it conceal?
I saw a small road
and water, a boat
I'm dreaming, for that can't be real
I walked down the lane
It started to rain
As peppermints fell from the sky
In drops pink and white
No stranger a sight
I stuck out my tongue for a try
Behind me the stream,
a strawberry dream
pink fragrance, so creamy and sweet
The chocolate boat
stayed neatly afloat
with popsicle oars, what a treat!
I floated away
Not wanting to stay
But now wish that I had not gone
A picnic you see
Was set up for me
In front of that tree on the lawn
The elves sang a song
And I sang along
The boat brought me back really quick
It loved music, so
it went with the flow
jam-session with popsicle sticks
(To be continued...)
