The Luckiest Bird Around

Shake from a nightmare;
Farmer sharping his cleaver.
To freezer, he went;
T-bone for Thanksgiving feast.
Boasting round, ruffling my wings.

Soup being down screwed my tanka to a one liner... how upsetting...

Interesting angle! I suppose the freezer -- suspended death, so to speak, beats having one's head amputated. ~ Tho I wouldn't know lol.

Hello Eve roper, I would say the turkey got lucky. Steak is just as good. Enjoy your evening my friend. Hugs.
