The Love Inside of Me
I long
to see you
smile, feel
your lips, hold
you close
If you
peer inside
my heart, you’ll
see it’s you I
love the most
I can
hardly keep
inside, my love
for you I cannot
hide
I find
it hard to
stay away from
you from day
to day
I pray
the time will
come when
you will know
and you will see
That none
can match the
love I have for
you inside of
me
