The Lottery

When I win the lottery I will sail away And visit every tropic port I encounter on the way. When I win the lottery I'll tell my job goodbye. I won't even clear out my desk As out the door I'll fly. When I win the lottery, My friends, I will help out, Taking care of their needs. Of this I have no doubt. When I win the lottery, After all I've said, I'll probably just have a heart attack. You can't spend it when you're dead.

Where do I register to be one of these friends?!?!? My father always had a one frame cartoon on his desk. It was a picture of a man standing on a desk with a "The Boss" name tent on it. The man standing on the desk was releaving himself on "the Boss". The caption read: "I take it you won the lottery." I'm with you...Kiss the job goodbye! Cute and fun write, Francine

Don't have a heart attack, Francine! Adopt me. I will travel the world with you and we'll see the seven wonders. Then we can visit James Fraser and see what this Highlander is like in person. I love your fun poem about the lottery, dear. Best wishes, Carolyn
