The lost Gem

The lost Gem

With a sunken heart
l uttered a wail
one that sings
of a direful loss
ravaging the heart
with rhythms of soulless beats

far sighting a scene
fuddled by a murky sight
l began to stutter
as l saw sight a scene
which were aforetime a gem
now rubbished with germs
