The lonely Weed

Yes, i am that lonely weed
sitting silently at the side
wishing one man would understand
the pain in hearts that have surrendered

i am that little girl
stuck inside youth
knocking in the wind
against a million pasts

i am little me
alone in a world of chaos
silent in the face of gardens
for beauty never fails lonliness

A sad reflectionof isolatopn, emotion, and persons overlooked. I love poems that display the pain of rejection.

Clearly honest and beautiful! I have seen weeds with enchanting blossoms. We often name things falsely, just because that is the way it has been done. Going to get some dandelion from my yard, put them in my best vase -- wonderful yellow blossoms. Blessings my friend.
