The Lobster Family
The Lobster Family
The lobotomy was successful those creeps said
Draped in their robes of silk and snake sheadings
The burning fumes of ethanol force their way up nostrils
Reducing my mind to silly putty
A carnival you say, well how fun could that be?
To see the dashed hopes, dreams, and brains of imps kept in splinters
Or are they babies?
Though I do believe both words mean the same thing
An army of rats now surrounds our doomed party, led by the great general
Tuleisius
Rumored if I might say, to eat his own offspring.
But a hero nonetheless, for he has subdued the rebellious mice,
Who have been accused of tainting the sweet chocolate with rat poison
They consume those who are too weak and slow,
Picking off the feeble breasted and minded
Sticky gum and cotton hold me in place,
As I’m forced to watch those beasts tunnel through my skin
Engineering mazes of channels throughout my body
Or are they just veins?
