The Light In the Darkness
The Light in the Darkness
A crown of shadows sits upon my head.
I wear the Abyss on my wrist,
and my necklace is home to the dead.
Crowned in my youth by the shades themselves.
No time nor space in this place where I bled.
I've seen the belly of the beast,
and I've looked out of hell's mouths,
where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth.
I beheld only One True and Faithful Light,
as I witnessed endless nights,
filled with screams of pain echoes inside.
But the Hope of Glory shined bright.
So my fists clenched tight,
and I began to fight the good fight.
