The Last Sunday of September is Sepia
The last of September sits quietly beside me
There's still warmth in my hands here brushing fingers with Demeter, basking in the Indian summer
but Im ready for my darkness
The hush of Earth in October
Let the fiery sun and his gods of war sleep
Bring the cold and damp to silence their flames that have been burning much to brightly
Bring us
our peace
