Death is when you pass on, because you have lived it all Believing you did all you could, in such little time we’re given Though soon your years came to a stop like a cherry blossom tree loosing all of the delicate pink buds You told me we’d always be together, even if I had to leap onto a fleeting cloud Every time a star falls into my hands, they whisper a message from you Or the few letters that I find floating in the ocean Then all the memories flood back into my mind And I realized it was only me, in the word us
