The Ladybugs and I

A ladybug is crawling
As the autumn leaves drift down.
Then suddenly, two more appear;
I thought that they’d left town.

But Google told me otherwise
For ladybugs, it said,
Enjoy a sunny day in fall,
Since winter lies ahead.

They love to come soak up the rays
As I do, when I’m chilled.
Today, the ladybugs and I
Are equally fulfilled.

Nice perspective towards a pest. Boxelder bugs provide no jest. They crawl all over the west wall. Come Spring, come Winter, Summer Fall. A lady bug has some decorum. These others, no one will adore em'. I know I always get caught up in expounding in rhyme in my comments. So I want to say, once again you keep writing such enjoyable poems to read. :)

Whereas I detest joining "lady" with "bug", i did enjoy your poem and hope you can soak up some more warming sunshine to inspire more poems! Aloha!
