The Keys For Life
Faith is the earth in which we take root
Hope is the water with which we are nourished
Peace is the white cloud which gives us rain
Love is the clean air through which we breathe in life
Wisdom is the blowing and gentle wind
Knowledge is the pure light by which we ripen
Reason is the sun which gives our sight
Together these keys form the perfect tree
And these keys in turn form the perfect forest
Only the seeds that are the smallest
Seeds that are not eaten by the ruling birds
Who the sun cannot scorch with fire
Who the thorns cannot strangle the life from them
Can be firm seeds of perfect mankind
The seeds must change the laws of their hearts
Or else how could they change the laws of the world
They must build shell walls around their hearts
Or else how could they build walls for countries
How can they be masters of the world
If they cannot master and nourish themselves
These keys are not for the world only
These keys may never be found on Earth
And we may never unlock the perfect tree
But we can look within man’s spirit
For some glimmer in the discarded rubbish
And pray to the sun above the sun
To give away that little spark of those seeds
Ask the God above God for those keys
