Notes About The Poem

The Joyful Season

The snow has gone and winters work is done
Song birds are singing building nests in trees
Earths axis turns and brings long days with sun
Bright daffodils sway gently in the breeze.

Bright coloured flowers growing everywhere
On trees the buds and leaves will soon be seen
New born lambs in fields run without a care
The grass in fields and lawns is now so green.

The landscape canvas looks so fine and grand
Poets and artists capture springs great joy
A masterpiece by our God's skillful hand
His stunning artwork we can all enjoy.

Enjoy spring its time for celebration
As our earth goes through rejuvenation.
