The Invisible Killer

I hear the phone ringing
I know who it is
I am afraid to answer it
I press accept and wait
now I know
I stand alone just inside the church
the church that is empty and still
I do not listen to the words
this is the end
no goodbyes
the invisible killer called.

Is a horrid situation we find ourselves in dearest, Julie! The worst news comes from USA where 4500 people died in twenty-four hours! A powerful writing! Hugs xxx Take care!

Thank you, yes it is so sad and I am almost afraid to listen to the news or pick up the phone, but, we must carry-on. Hugs, Julie xxxx
