The Holy Trail

Title: THE HOLY TRAIL -free verse

It's dusty-walk  to paradise
on feet-thorns prick.
it's tear-ful a journey to
where happy lies_in scorching sun's pit
 and grey clouds' demise.

 old sages foot-print
 on sands-of-time,  trees  grow
bearing good fruits and leaves;
 trails mapped by a Holy-book,
and lads follow to a spring
of living water, Jesus Christ, they go;
 stains trapped on man's sole(soul) washed forever clean.
(C) Dambani Deborah  (D.D).

John 13: 3-5
 "Jesus knowing that the Father had given all things into his hands, and that he was come from God, and went to God;

4 He riseth from supper, and laid aside his garments; and took a towel, and girded himself.

5 After that he poureth water into a bason, and began to wash the disciples' feet, and to wipe them with the towel wherewith he was girded."
