The Gullible
I sat with a friend
discussing the corona virus
they are killing us she stated
the virus is a gas
I saw it on the internet
they're dropping it on people
the virus is not a gas I stated
a virus is far worse than a gas
A gas will people in an area
but a virus is passed from
one person to another
spreading out around the world
They're dropping it on us
she stated
I saw on the internet
people dying in the streets
who are they I asked
The Americans she stated
why would that do that I asked
their country is one of the worst effected
everybody is suffering
nobody has benefited
from this virus
the thoughts went through my head
why are people on the internet
spreading these lies to gullible people
why build the paranoia
yet maybe there is reason
lying to people creating anger
leaves them open
to become a weapon
directing their anger
using then as tools to fight your enemies
gullible people
can become weapons
in the hands of terrorists
what better way to fight a war
than use your enemies
against each other
you don't need to leave your country
if you can use
dark skinned people
to fight your battle
or poor people against the rich
Skin heads in New Zealand
taught people that
the second world war
did not happen
gullible people believed the lies
study your history
gain your knowledge
from more than just one site
read books don't become a victim
to other people games
don't become a gullible pawn
in a game for power
One man can't take over the world
but a king can control
a million gullible pawns
and a million gullible pawns
can have a billion gullible children
the worlds future lays in the hands
of the worlds people
we all want food for our children
jobs for our people
we want to create lives of happiness
ambition and growth
a fair days work for a fair days pay
would you want your child
to work in sweat shop labour
would you want your child to live off
only two dollars a day
"Do unto others as you would have
done unto yourself" as a world we can do better
surely we can build companies
that care about employees
we can step above the evil
of selfishness to build better lives

because he wanted to fight for freedom
to overcome poverty and suffering
The poor man fighting against the rich
Karl Marx and communism
the poor fighting against the rich
poverty is the breading ground for war
The French Revolution
again the poor man fighting against the rich
