The Greatest Poet Ever - Part Ii
Here I am again folks,
the Greatest Poet ever.
I still ain't wrote my masterpiece,
'cause it's gotta be real clever.
I'm thinkin' 'bout "The Wedding",
that's happenin' 'cross the sea.
Involved is Kate and William
and all that pageantry.
I'm just a little leery,
don't wanna move too fast.
I have a question in my mind,
is this marriage gonna last?
They seem to be compatible
from what I've seen and heard,
they're probly stayin' hitched for life,
that's why my friends think I'm absurd!
So my masterpiece will have to wait,
I know how anxious you must be.
But the subject, time, and posting,
are strictly up to me!
Be patient, fellow poets,
I know it's hard for you to wait.
But if I write before I'm ready,
I won't really be that great!
