The Great Wall Of China
Up and down the mountains
In and out it weaves
The Great Wall of China
A dragon’s philosophy
Thirteen thousand miles
Stretching East to west
The Great Wall of China
Has stood the test
From the Bohai sea
To the Gobi desert
The Great Wall of China
What a manmade effort
It was built by the soldiers
To keep the nomads out
The Great Wall of China
What protection is about
Fifteen Northern provinces
It stretches across
To protect the north of China
From raiding and loss
Largest military structure
Biggest project in the world
The Great Wall of China
Didn’t they do well
Ten thousand watch towers
It incorporates
The Great Wall of China
Protecting its states
This incredible wall
Took two thousand years
The Great Wall of China
Now no more fears
