The Great Ice Cream Challenge
great ice cream challenge
sitting restlessly
scanning the room and
life and the prevailing mood
I am going to eat
that huge pot of ice cream.
But it’s not good for you.
what is anymore? still
going to eat it
all creamy and rich
might even use my fingers
It is too cold outside.
wrap up in a blanket
put on wooly scratchy socks
going to eat it all
while the thought is fresh
Grow up, your acting like a baby
Yep! maybe rub it in my hair
I am old how much more
grown up must I get.
Going to eat every bit
one would think at your age…
One can kiss my bippy
pass me the spoon …..please
my only concession
I’m going in yum.
