The rules say 'a senryu' so I don't want to risk submitting the two but I do think they flow together so well. I've mailed Laura but she's not replied and i don't want to risk falling foul of the rules. Hugs jan xx

Jan, I love that word diaphanous you used in the first one, but the second one is my favorite. Love the play with graveyard shift and "good spirits"

YES! I love this Halloween write my friend! I really enjoyed the twist you gave at the end of the last Senryu this morning! You have impressed me with your holiday treat here, and I thought your use of diaphanous was exciting! Great work!!
