The Golden Path

On this golden path
   I walk alone
A road of healing
Coming home

On this golden path
   I walk alone
With others on the way
That all help lead me home

On this golden path
   I walk alone
There’s one sweet girl
Whom I want beside me walking home

On this golden path
   I walk alone
The treasures and dangers
Are challenges bringing home

On this golden path
   I walk alone
Worldwide we’re tested
And slowly shown our way home

You use some lovely phrases 'road of healing' for example. Some might say that on the 'golden path' we are never truly alone. What do you think?

Thank you. I appreciate that. I agree. We each walk the road ‘alone’, yet many cross paths with us along the way.
