Notes About The Poem

Winston Churchill’s Words: A Path to Happiness and Peace

The Give-Ups of Life

Anxiousness cause a breakout in hiccups,
When sentences sound like dainty teacups,
I cough them out, like troopers,
Catch audience jaws, droopers,
Hard look made all of them, only shut up.

Loved your rhyme. Tried some lately but I am not perfect.

Attempted knee slapper, mayhaps a mishap instead.

Methinks the serious nature affected its impact, c’est la vie, mon amie.
