Anoucheka Gangabissoon Poet Choka

The Full Moon

During the full moon
Each of us becomes a fool
We don't remember our names

We forget to eat
We even forget the dates
As well as to take a bath

The full moon comes twice
Each time we try prevent it
But we never meet success

During the full moon
This is what happens to us
Us, the little boys and girls
