The Fruit - Pantoum

The fruit is cool and wet in my hands,
luscious fruit, orange in the moonlight.
I am breathing the savory scent,
the juices taste fresh and sweeten my lips.
Luscious fruit, orange in the moonlight,
plump painted hues in every sight.
The juices taste fresh and sweeten my lips,
gloved by thick green skins in the moonlight.
plump painted hues in every sight,
I am breathing in the savory scent,
gloved by thick green skins in the moonlight
the fruit is cool and wet in my hands
