The Frigid Month of February Winter, at its worst, cold and dreary. When whipped-up brisk winds quake the wary, With falling temperatures and snow: Freezing exposed skin, fingers, and toes. In a blitz of polar-felt weather That stymies the ardent traveller; People shudder forward in the chill, Trekking along like penguins uphill. Seasonal temperaments dissipate In mutual bonds which people partake; With each empathizing with each other, When outside challenging the weather. Winter, at its worst, cold and dreary, In the frigid month of February.
