That's all I am
To all those guys
I'm just the friend type
Never the girlfriend type

I hate it
I hate being nothing
I hate having to be so caring
So understanding

I'll never be more
I'll rot
Just being friends with all of them
All those guys
But nothing more
The friend type is all I am

The chemistry is sometimes hard to fathom. Keep writing because I am sure it helps with these feelings. I hope you will talk to a trusted person about how you feel. You do not have to go through this all alone. Just reading these poems has taken me back to the awful feelings I've had from being rejected. It really is very painful as you point out. May I thank you for being so honest and true about how you feel? Thanks
