The Freeze Has Ceased, As Spring Comes With Ease
Springtide has come with great ease,
as all the frigid temperatures cease,
and mother nature’s devoid of freeze.
I see the lavender fields in the breeze,
and fall down onto my grateful knees.
There’s such beauty in the willow trees,
and marvel in the blooming of lilies.
I see the magnificence that no one sees,
as I plant and pick my fresh green veggies,
and make homemade jam from raspberries.
The roses bring nectar for the honey bees,
tending to my garden I have great abilities,
as I show a knack for nature in expertise,
and shine with excellent and fine capabilities.
I start to grill with avidity and gain calories!
The leaves bloom on my maple of Japanese,
playing in the sandbox, Ella’s cheeks I squeeze,
and I sneeze from all my hay fever allergies.
May this season of Spring stay to appease,
so with my loving family I can make memories.
