The formula for peace in our heart
One is and that goes without fail:  
Let us love breath in and let all hate
Exhale!

This write is so very true my friend! I wish we all could just love and let our hate dissipate, that is a dream of mine, but will only come to fruition whenever I die and enter the kingdom of heaven will that be truly true! But we can all try, do the best we can, the world would be a much better place to live in! I believe we could get rid of hate, but maybe have dislike sometimes, but no more hate would be a great miracle! This is a tremendous poem my friend! What a lovely piece! Great Work!!

Russell, my friend, you are so right! Peace is a dream of yours and of mine and fortunately many more people, probably not as many as we wished to but we must keep this dream alive in the degree we can. Who knows, one day, a blessed day in the far future humanity might see peace to reign! Thank you so much!
