The Forgotten

The portal opens and all is illuminated.
There it is, concealed.
Out it comes.
Curiosity gains a foothold,
and the top is timidly raised,
to inquire upon the contents.
The offensive stench
aggressively invades the Old Factory.
Rapidly, the cover slams shut.
What was that?
How long has it been there?
It is delivered non stop to the rubbish.
That is the last time
I let the fridge go!
