The First Sign
when you've developed a formula
that's the first sign
that you should go back and rethink things
when you've come up with some way
to write the perfect pop song
that's the first sign
you'll never write one
when your dreams have become
a part of your everyday routine
that's the first sign
you should drop them
if everything you want to accomplish
revolves around the possession of money
that's the first sign
you should shoot yourself
