The First Kiss

that moment of trepidation, am I brave enough for this? should I dare attempt what I so want, and touch her with my kiss? is it premature? would she feel the same? maybe better later the excuses sounded lame so boldly going where no doubt many have gone before I kissed her tenderly still was quite unsure then she responded in a way I'd never dreamt she would it seemed quite likely she thought the kiss was good and so began a love affair, that lasts on through today and it just goes to prove to ya' love is as grand as they say
